Digital memberships are available to residents of Orillia, Severn Township, Oro-Medonte Township and Members of Chippewas of Rama First Nation. We also have a reciprocal agreement for Barrie Public Library and Midland Public Library cardholders. Students from Lakehead University and Georgian College are asked to visit the library in person to obtain a digital membership.
